Section I: Processing of Facebook and Instagram data

To request the deletion of your account on CalendClick, which includes the account created via Google Play, App Store or on our website, please send an email requesting the removal to [email protected]

To use the Facebook and Instagram post scheduling tool, integration with the Facebook API is performed. Through this integration, and after authorization by the user, the data we will collect and store are: Name of your chosen page for publications on Facebook, name of your chosen account for publications on Instagram and access tokens provided by the Facebook API for the publication of posts.

This data is stored on our servers that follow all security protocols and undergo periodic information security tests and penetration tests.

At any time the user may revoke the authorization of CalendClick to their Facebook and Instagram page within the Facebook panel itself, and with this no publication will be made.

Data deletion request: There are two ways to request the removal of data related to the integration with Facebook and Instagram. The first is within our application, where you must just access your profile and click on the "Delete data" button. In addition, you can also send an email to [email protected] requesting the removal of your data, and all emails requesting data removal are answered within 48h.

Section II: Data processing

By using the application you agree that the data related to the searches made by you may be stored and used for statistical analysis of behavior. The company undertakes not to sell this data to third parties.

The last four digits of your mobile phone may be shared with the professionals and companies registered on the platform for control purposes and monthly reports.

By making the free registration the professional / company authorizes CalendClick to use this data, including name, phone number, description of products or services offered, as well as photos provided, within the application and also on our website. This data will be available to users of our application and website so that they can search and contact the professionals and companies they wish.

The professional / company undertakes never to place, within their profile or in promotions, any offensive content or that is not in accordance with any law of the national territory, thus being responsible for all the content they add, exempting CalendClick from any liability that may eventually fall on the referred fields.

CalendClick may use the data provided by the subscriber both in the application and in other channels.

CalendClick shall have the right, without the need for any prior notice, to remove any content it deems offensive or inappropriate.
